La nota lee de la siguiente manera:
"Goodbye world... My time here is almost complete... I only have a few hours and minutes... I loved you all... Regardless of how you felt about me... I'll miss you all... September 23, 1974-August 31,2011"
"Adiós Mundo... Mi tiempo aquí casi termina.. Solo tengo unas horas y minutos... Los quiero a todos... Independientemente como se sienta hacia mi .. los estañare a todos.. Septiembre 23,1974-Agosto, 31, 2011"
